Lagoon Pool Marquee

The Lagoon Pool Marquee is a dedicated outdoor marquee perfect for the al fresco wedding reception. Located in an ambient setting among the local flora and directly adjacent to Cypress Lake, this venue is the ideal outdoor wedding reception venue. With both a fully serviced bar facility, male and female restrooms and covered marquee suitable for between 40 and 140 guests, the Lagoon Pool Marquee is the ultimate wedding venue.

Brokenback Ballroom

The Brokenback Ballroom is an extremely flexible wedding venue suitable for a variety of group sizes ranging from 40 guests to 280 guests. With the full range of menu options available, an exceptional foyer area, a large outdoor terrace leading out onto a magnificent lawn area overlooking The Lagoon Pool Marquee and across the Hunter Valley – the Brokenback Ballroom is a very popular choice for a Hunter Valley wedding.

 Event Centre

 For large wedding groups, The Event Centre is an option like no other. With its light and bright themes, exceptional outdoor terrace and significant size – this venue is a great choice for wedding parties of upwards of 100 guests. The flexible room layout allows for many theming concepts, while the location adjacent to the mainstay conference and event rooms affords the full range of menu choices.

 Member’s Lounge

The Member’s Lounge, located within the main Resort Centre at Cypress Lakes is an excellent venue for small wedding groups of up to 50 guests. This venue is our signature function room, while the established Hunter Valley theme is prevalent. With its central location adjacent to the Lobby Bar and leading out onto the spectacular outdoor terrace, the Member’s Lounge is a truly special venue. With its ability to cater for all menu types, this venue is ideal for your special day.

Cypress Centre

Cypress Lakes newest wedding venue, located a short stroll from our main reception, has exceptional views and facilities to match. Cypress Centre can cater for both 3 course and buffet dinners, as well as cocktail functions. Hosting a capacity of up to 100 guests this venue offers the best of both worlds with a great indoor reception room, as well as a large balcony overlooking the resort.

Pipette Restaurant

Cypress Lakes signature restaurant, Pipette is filled with character. Pipette specialises in catering 3 course dinners, however can also cater for buffet functions. With high ceilings, and a Wedding capacity of 80, Pipette creates an intimate atmosphere for your wedding. Pipette boasts a large balcony overlooking Cypress Lake and our Championship Golf Course, and is truly an amazing venue to host your dream wedding.
